Sameday delivery is possible if the order is placed before 6 PM IST. For urgent delivery after 6 PM, call customer care at +91 8047484900

There is a flat fee of Rs 100.00 for same day delivery. Midnight delivery charges are Rs 250.00 ( Selected Cities Only ) You will be able to review the delivery charges on the order Review Page before completing your order.

In most cases, we require a complete delivery address. However, if the telephone number is operational, we will contact the recipient, and try our best to obtain the delivery address provided we receive the same from the receiver.

Deliveries are generally done at the preferred delivery time chosen by you , but this is not a fixed time of delivery. We try our best to deliver at the preferred time chosen by you, but due to unavoidable circumstances, this may not be possible as ALL our products are hand delivered and it is the Local florist who delivers the orders.

To have flowers delivered on the same day, Kindly place the order before 6 PM ( India Time )

Online - Ordering at BloomsFlora is easy; once you have selected an item, please follow these 2 simple steps. I. Choose a date, city, and time. II. Enter your email address and click on ‘Checkout as guest’ or you can log in with your Facebook account, fill out the order form, and proceed with the payment. Your secret is safe with us! If you choose to send your gift anonymously, we will make sure your name does not appear on any document accompanying your gift. If the recipient calls BloomsFlora to ask who the gift is from, we will not reveal your identity, unless you instruct us otherwise. Please note, that if the recipient doesn’t want to accept the gift, then it will be returned to us and no refunds will be made.

When your order is confirmed, we will send an e-mail with the details of your order. Be sure you go through that. If you didn’t receive it in your inbox, request you to please check it in the ‘Spam’ folder as well.

Changed your mind and wish to make some changes to your order? Do not worry! Before 24 hours of the time of delivery, you can change the details of your order by clicking on the ‘Customer Support’ tab on the right side of our home page. Our new feature ‘Change your order’ in the customer service tab will help you easily modify your order details. If you’re unable to update your order, please write to support@bloomsflora.com. Please note, this feature isn’t available for same day delivery orders.

We value relationships and ensure that your present is delivered to your loved ones in the most warm and secretive manner. Our representative will only give the recipient a call when we have reached the delivery address.

When your order is delivered, we will send you a ‘Delivery Confirmation’ email. Do check your mailbox.

We have you covered! When providing the delivery address, we ask for telephone numbers and we will coordinate with the receiver to get the delivery done. We can either leave it by the door, on a verandah, by the garage, or even with a neighbor. Provide the instructions and so long as it's reasonable, our delivery drivers will do their very best to meet your request. We hope you understand that we are no longer responsible once the order has been left at the designated premises. Alternatively, if the recipient isn't available, our driver will attempt to phone them to schedule a suitable delivery time. No, there isn’t any minimum value for the order and we deliver all products that are displayed on our website.

Yes, it’s our policy to call the recipient before making the delivery to ensure that we have the correct address and confirm if the recipient is present there to collect it. As we do a one-time delivery.
