Ensure your cake stays delicious with these care tips:

    Storage Tips:
    • Keep cream cakes in the refrigerator on arrival.
    • Fondant cakes are best stored in a cool environment.
    Serving Conditions:
    • Serve the cake at room temperature.
    • Avoid exposing it to direct heat to avoid spoilage.
    Cutting Techniques:
    • Use a serrated knife for cutting fondant cakes as you get neater slices with fewer frosting smears.
    Safety Check:
    • Some decorative elements may have support items like wires or toothpicks. Check for these before serving the cake, especially around children.
    Freshness Reminder:
    • Cakes typically remain fresh for up to 4 days, but for the best taste, we recommend enjoying the cake within the first 24-48 hours.
When ordering from us, consider the following:

    Unique Handcrafted Cakes:
    • Each cake is handcrafted, and slight design variations may occur due to our chefs' individual styles.
    Delivery Timing:
    • The chosen delivery time is an estimate and is subject to availability and the delivery destination.
    1-Delivery Attempt:
    • As cakes are perishable, we attempt delivery only once and cannot redirect it to another address.
    Hand-Delivery Assurance:
    • Rest assured, our cakes are hand-delivered and not sent through courier services. You don’t have to worry about the cake being damaged.
    Substitution Possibility:
    • In rare cases of regional availability issues, we may temporarily substitute flavors or designs to ensure timely delivery.
For any specific concerns, our customer service is here to assist you. Enjoy your scrumptious cake online!

You should have atleast written happy birthday to yunus on cake. Secondly our message should be with a small card placed on cake.
