1. To preserve the freshness, prevent softening, and prevent flavor changes in chocolates, keep them in a refrigerator on arrival.
2. Keep them away from strong odors to maintain their original taste.

• One-Delivery Attempt: All products are perishable; one delivery attempt is made, and redirection is not possible
• No Redirection to Different Address: We will attempt delivery of your order only once, and it cannot be redirected to a different address. There will be a standard charge for re-delivery.
